I’ve never felt so awkward as a potential new customer. Very friendly and helpful receptionist but the notary at Furstenberg certainly does not make the customers feel welcomed. I do not recommend.

We've used Furstenberg Solicitors more than 12 years ago for the first time to update our wills when our child was born. The service was amazing. He was efficient, friendly, professional and really knowledgeable. He explained the process in detail to us as we didn't know how it works here in Australia as new immigrants. He made sure we understood everything and never rushed us if we had more questions.Over the years I've referred numerous of my friends and other new immigrants to Willem for many different legal advice and services. All of them were satisfied with his service.And now, 12 years later, (and a few more assets) we went back to him to update our wills yet again. It was never an option to go to someone else. And again we were extremely happy with his service. He always followed the letter of the law, which is why we used him in the first place.Willem, I'll keep on referring people to you!

This is the most unprofessional, disrespectful and incompetent firm I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. I needed a notary to authenticate signatures on some documents, however Willem was so disrespectful during the consult, I terminated the meeting immediately and walked out of the office. I have subsequntley engaged with other notaries and found their knowledge and competence to be far supperior. Don't waste your time, find someone else.
