I have received very good help and advice from the staff here. Perhaps it's because l'm middle aged, but l do like that the pharmacy assistants are mature and experienced.

Highly recommend this pharmacy! Outstanding customer service and customer satisfaction.My girlfriend was able to email/fax a scritp throuh to this pharmacy and they went out of their way to ensure that they could dispence it for her. We live over 3 hours away so droping the script off was not an option. The needed item had to be order in specially, the staff were able to consult with the doctor to ensure the correct item arrived in time.

I used Arnold Street Pharmacy for 3 years when I was working in Bendigo (2015 - 2018). I was overall very happy with the service provided. The pharmacists and assistants are helpful and polite, and I feel take on a high sense of responsibility. All of my scripts were filled correctly and in a timely manner, and potential interactions were checked for.The pharmacy is much smaller than places like Chemist Warehouse, but it has a much more cozy environment / layout, and I feel that the exchange with the staff is more personable (they'll recognize and remember you as you become a regular customer). I feel relatively relaxed inside while waiting for my scripts to be filled.I'd personally recommend Arnold Street Pharmacy to anyone who wants a more personalized" pharmacy experience
