AVOID THIS STORE! Bought shelves on ebay, seller did not pack them securely and the arrived badly damaged and missing parts. Seller refusing to assist with return. Their ebay store (buyinau) has similar negative feedback. Poor customer service, you won't get what you ordered and they won't reply. Reported to ACCC.

Please save your money and avoid this store. My father bought 8 bidet from this store. 4 of them were damaged and leaking, he refused to replace and/or replace them with non faulty products.This company lacks integrity and honesty. Let’s support businesses that hold integrity and honesty to a high standard.
