Avoid this place at all costs!!! I took shoes for resoling, was charged $82 at the time (which seemed a little steep at the time, however Southbank is a little short on these kinds of services). Only a month later the sole on one of the shoes comes loose!… I take them back to the shop and experience some very poor customer service. The proprietor tells me the original charge was for the soles only and it wasn’t his responsibility to attach them to the shoe (!) He offers to repair the problem for an additional $15. I figure there’s no good throwing good money after bad for poor workmanship. I’d never go here again.

He tried to charge me $2 for using eftpos!! I said no and walked out again. Don't ever pay for using eftpos.. ever!

Genius Younnus is not just a skilfull professional, but also an extremely artisan. Everytime I ask him to repair my shoes or my wife's handbags or replicate keys - he did excellent job , then expected. Reasonable price, I know that the city is diffrenent price for repairing.Highly recommended

Ruined my new $35 key. I showed him then and there and he reckons “it’s ok”. Had one job mate, not even a refund for $12 key cut which is pretty expensive to begin with considering I bought my own key

I asked for a new battery and gave him the chipolo so he could see what type. He changed it and tried to charge me $20 for a $9.95 battery. I challenged the price and the 30 sec job. He raised his voice. I only paid $9.95 and will never go back there.

Tried to charge me $25 for a $4 battery. Then he became irate and raised his voice at me and said something about having to pay rent on the shop. Maybe I caught him on a bad day. Maybe all of the other bad reviews caught him on a bad day too. Hope you catch him on a good one.

Master Younnus is not just a skilfull professional, but also an extraordinary artisan. Everytime I ask him to repair my accessories or my wife's shoes or replicate keys - he makes it better, then expected. Reasonable price, orders fulfiilled honestly and timely. Highly recommended!

Just picked up my Italian leather boots from having their soles replaced and they did an amazing job! 24 hour turnaround time and $100 less than another quote I received. Do recommend.
