Over priced and had a terrible experience, nails and hair done dreadfully.

Went in to see Sara who rescued my hair after a not so great cut late last year. It looks fantastic now and feels so soft and silky. (The treatments she used felt and smelt great!) I found the salon through groupon but I had bought the wrong groupon for the service I wanted. Sara was super accommodating about my mix up! So kind! The salon is super cute! (Plus as a bonus there is an adorable pupper who will sit by your feet while your hair gets blown out!)I didn't personally use the creche services, but was very impressed by them! A great laid back place with awesome vibes! Sara's passion for hair and beauty is obvious in everything she does, she will take great care of you!

Unfortunately I had a very terrible haircut, like the worst ever. I told the lady with long black hair (assuming the owner) how I wanted to them cut and to make sure she understood I did show to her with my hands (layered hair - front hair shorter than longer at the back like stairs) instead she did the opposite. So now I have my front long and the back shorter. She mentioned “this is how we cut curly hair”; well she can cut curly hair whatever she likes but if a customer specifically ask you to do certain way you just do to satisfy the request not what you want to or what they taught you.After a few arguments she finally apologized but at first she didn’t even want to saying it was my fault because sometimes I do trim a bit my front hair (I have curly hair). Even though it was my fault how come my front hair are longer than the back if I trim them?! Blaming the customer after the bad service was simply unacceptable.Looking at my sad face and disappointment she asked to blend it but unfortunately too much damaged was created. So much disappointment. Please do yourself a favor and don’t go, especially if you have curly hair.

Really relaxing and superb job. I fell asleep in the chair I was that relaxed!

Great service, easy parking, good prices

I have become a regular at Mammas HQ. Its such a welcoming environment, and while I don't have kids it doesn't matter as this place is great. I have done a range of facials including BB-Glow, Collagen Booster and Eco Facial. All have had amazing results and people have noticed. I also had the most amazing hair makeover, and a glass of bubbles!!
