Services is bad and do not open and do not respect the home buyers. Not even fair at all. We have to pay extra tax for unreasonable statement by Revenue SA. For example, home buyers (fathers) take family members as a nominee (daughter) to sign the agreement and paid tax deposits for father, have to paid extra tax.

I am an accountant helping my clients with Land Tax elections. Went in to register a client, determined I needed more information before completing registration, logged out before completing, tried to get back in, and given message the client is registered! Now on the phone for half an hour and counting trying to resolve. This is terrible.

Filled out an online form which they haven't replied to after seven weeks - very poor on their behalf. Rang instead and was on hold for 25 minutes - not great. But the guy I spoke to was friendly and polite and helped me out quite quickly. 3 stars given as there is plenty of room to improve but they did help me quickly and gave good service once I got through on the phone.

They didn't even help me buy my home. This staff member actually wanted the home himself and sabotaged my plan to purchase this amazing house. Would not recommend! But although the bad staff, they have good water in the waiting room so I shall spare one star.

It’s as though they play the most agonisingly painful music that blasts like it was being played from another phone. The somber jazz music with bass That pierces your ears adds a foul taste to your mouth the more you listen. It’s as like they want you to be uncomfortably on edge throughout the whole endeavour.To add to injury, every few minutes they would play a slight ring to give you hope that you’ve potentially gotten a response, only to be followed up by a “thank you for being on hold, a customer service representative will be with you shortly”. Thanks for reminding me! I’ve been so preoccupied with this terrible music that I’ve forgotten why I’m even calling in the first place.I’d give a negative score if I could, but you get the point.

Very inefficient service, outstanding documents for a housing grant application that were required by them I sent them months ago, multiple regular calls to check if they have received it staff did not have a clue and reassured me my application is in queue. Months on end, assuring me that my application is under process or in queue, and 4 months after the lodgement of application they asked me for the same document again because they simply could not find it. Efficiency is far from what they strive to do, if I could give a negative scoring I would.

They only know how to bill people. Called them and spoke to someone for 22 minutes. Called back and they said I never called. Showed them my phone bill that I did called. They just dismiss it. Nothing I can do because no evidence of what being spoken. Try to email there after so I can have evidence. They dnt reply to their emails for months. And by then they can add as much interest and penalty as they want. They were nice enough to resolve the matter when I had to take a day of work to call them. Just be careful.

I have a friend who used to work for them. She was a great lady and spent years doing community work. She once asked to take some time off to help children in poor country. They gave her two options, resign or keep working. She took the pride and resigned. She never had the chance to speak up but this is how you get treated right?

I do agree with the class action to hit them as I experienced the same situation. The address was not updated and I got this ridiculous fines. Seems no one cares about the public who pays the tax to support them. I would give negative rating if possible!
