Had coffee and delicious rhubarb tart there this arvo. Even though it was closing time Nick was still willing to serve us and allowed us to sit and enjoy our coffee. Thanks for great friendly service Nick. We will be back

Was very disappointed with the service offered, wanted a coffee in a proper cup. Barrista told me that because she was on her own and could only give me a takeaway cup. It take two minutes to wash a dirty cup.Thursday 25 May.

I ordered a small coffee and a toasted hot cross bun. The bun was squashed but not toasted. When I pointed this out to the waitress her answer was ‘too bad’.

Went there yesterday were told only serving coffee in takeaway cup even though we were dining in. Our cinnamon scroll was dropped at our table in 2 paper bags. These were nice. The dirty chais we had were average. This is the second time we have felt that service was at an all time dismal. One girl serving and no table cleaning. There’s no character or personality or customer service but the $21.00 for the privilege was enough that we won’t be back.

Good food. Good coffee but terrible service. Staff just refuse to serve me another coffee even though I already just bought coffees and cakes just because it was past 3:30pm on a Sunday afternoon. Coffee machine was still and not through cleaning process yet.

I was standing in front of the counter. The manager just stood there and did nothing. He didn't step forward to help when he saw me. Instead, he waited for his busy staff to serve me. He may think that his role is the boss, not his duty. During the meal, I saw the boss sweeping the crumbs on the table with his hands instead of using a cleaning cloth. This is very unsanitary!
