Ochre Restaurant
Simply Exquisite. The food was bursting with flavour. It wasn’t too busy when I went so the environment was quiet and cozy overlooking the water. The Staff was so professional and patient. Extra care was taken with the preparation of my meal in accordance with my allergies and dietary requirements. Would definitely like to return.

Beautiful food, excellent service and gorgeous view. For $150 we were served a delicious seafood platter for two (please see photos). The quality of the food was fantastic and the serving size was generous. We will definitely be coming back!!

Great restaurant & interesting foodmy waiter had only been there 2 days, young french guy. So when I asked about the menu he had call someone more senior, not a big deal as someone came quicklythe sauce for one of the entree was a bit over powering for me, crocodile & prawnsthe Morton bay bugs a little over saltedapart from this, everything was very good.wine list was very impressive,but I don't understand why the kitchen closed at 9.00 pm, but apparently that's normalwould definitely recommend

We ordered pork belly and coconut shrimp- both are amazing. The stake, especially the duck fat potatoes are very yummy.Desserts are great too. All considered, 5/5.

Fabulous restaurant located on the boardwalk at the marina.Everything was great from the ease of the online booking to the excellent service to the delicious food.I had the damper, the gnocchi and finished off with the pavlova ... all yum! And all generous and beautifully presented.Thankyou to the wait staff particularly for their attentiveness.Would love to come again next time I'm in Cairns.

Absolutely fantastic. Food here is decadent, service is pretty good (it's a bit slower if you're outside) and the atmosphere is chic. We ordered roo satay skewers, which were chewy but very flavourful, and I got the striploin as main, which was wonderful. My partner also bought a drink, I don't remember what it was, but he loved it.

I had Twice cooked pork belly - Davidson plum jam, Queensland scallop and cauliflower purée. Constructed Banana banoffee pie for dessert. Fantastic experience. Thank you very much.

Very good restaurant, we loved the place. Food was good and service was good too. We ordered several small plates, from those the scallops with prosciutto were our favorites. We also ordered meat, it was pretty good too. Drinks and deserts were good too. Highly recommend this place.

Perfect spot on the water for some pre-dinner tapas. The staff was very helpful and friendly. We got the roo satays (tasted a lot like skirt steak with an amazing sauce), coconut prawns (perfectly crispy and light), and the barramundi spring rolls (very light and flakey, could perhaps have been better with the duck instead). Everything was delicious and it’s hard to beat that view.
