Wonderful historic buildings. The shearing shed was in full use only 20 years ago. Looking forward to camping near the river soon.

Very interesting place to learn about wool shearing. The old sheds are impressive in particular knowing this was Australia's largest woodshed. Also the video's giving some insight into the working are great.

An interesting insight into the past at Yanga Woolshed...this museum is a credit to the community, station owners, Shearer's, rousties, cooks and National Parks Australia. Plenty of flat safe area close to the beautiful Murrumbidgee River to picnic or camp. Toilet facilities available.

Fabulous step back in time, and smells like they walked out yesterday not 2005. The woolshed has been maintained fabulously and the surrounding buildings give a great insight to how important and busy this 'little' ole shed would have been back in the day. Large parking area, plenty of room for bigger rigs to turn and park. Road is pretty decent just beware if it's been wet. The picnic area has plenty of shade, toilets and tables.
