Extremely disappointed - my wife's silk blouse was ruined and they didn't even tell us when we picked it up. We only discovered it when we took it out of the wrapper. Went back to complain and they admitted they were aware of the damage but attempted to excuse it by saying the garment was very old". They didn't even offer a refund for the cost of cleaning the blouse."

First time using this business, and sadly I won’t be going back even though these guys do a good dry clean and have reasonable prices.They couldn’t find one of my items after looking for 2, maybe 3, minutes. I’m told “it’s not ready, can you come back 3 days from now”. I asked for my item back, uncleaned and a refund for just that item. Not more than 1 minute later, it’s found, and SURPRISE, it’s cleaned!No acknowledgment that they had been dishonest. I would have been unfazed to wait another minute or two to find my item and not have to make the trip a second time that week.Also, important note, there was no other customer during this time, so it wasn’t that they didn’t have the time, which I might have been ok with.I won’t support being dishonest. So it’s a no from me.

I dropped off my wedding dress in March and was told it would take one month to clean. I had to follow up every week since May. After constantly failed to meet the deadlines multiple times, I only got it back in June.And the result is not good enough either. I can still see grass seed and rocks stuck in the wedding dress.Very disappointed and would never recommend any bride to get their wedding dresses cleaned here.

Quick dry cleaners who do an amazing job with friendly staff. Great prices for for suits and shirts. I have been using PDC for over a year and I will be using them for many more.Edit: Over 5 years on, I'm still using PDC. Their service has always been top notch, with friendly staff and their incredibly great prices.

After reading all the reviews about this place I decided to trust them with my wedding dress! It's been 5months since I dropped my dress off, after multiple phone calls and even a drop in to check it's actually still there they just keep saying it's not ready! Also I have asked multiple times for my veil which was in the bad I dropped the dress off in however everytime they cannot find it !The service and communication here is very poor! The job they have done on my dress (from what I've seen his been good) however their communication,lies and dishonest communication ruins it for them! I just want my dress, veil and bag back! Unfortunately after all this I still have to pay them what they quoted!Will never use them again!

Have used Pristine Dry Cleaners weekly for the last 2 years for work uniforms. Friendly staff, items are always ready on time and we have never had any issues.

Put my suit jacket and matching pants in for a clean. There were some challenging stains and so they requested to have more time to put it through again. All included. Came up beautifully! Well done and highly reccoment. The pair cost $25 together.
