I am a first time pet owner. We took our pet rabbit in today to get her nails trimmed. I had spoken to Jo earlier on the phone and she answered all my questions thoroughly and provided me with lots of helpful tips. On arrival my rabbit and I were welcomed into the store. Jo was amazing! She went above and beyond to help us. I found her to be very pleasant and knowledgeable and obviously enjoyed her work and enjoyed pets of many kinds. She was genuinely interested in hearing about our rabbit and made some great recommendations and gave us lots of great tips. Thank you so much Jo! I would recommend Petbarn for all your pet needs. They have a great selection at good prices and I will definitely be shopping here again.

I have been coming regularly to Petbarn, however my experience this time was amazing with Jo. Jo was very warm, knowledgeable and helpful helping us pick up the correct harness. She was very patient and answered all the questions we had. Thank you Jo!

I've been to Petbarns before but this time I had the best experience. Staff were super nice and helpful. Sam was amazing and very patient. She assisted me getting all the necessary items for my two cats. Absolute legend . Thank you :)

I highly recommend Petbarn Castle Hill for our pet needs, specially the grooming. Staff is very friendly and service is great. We have our annual booking for our dog grooming and we have been always very happy with the good service.

I have had a few dog grooming services done in Petbarm Castle Hill. The service is excellent, staff are also helpful anf very flexible. Parking is also easy. It is difficult to book online, they often are booked out quickly. But you just need to ask the groomer each time after the service, they will often find you a suitable time slot.

My boy has always been regularly groomed.I wanted to quickly to get a hygiene groom before his full groom.i called the groomers and they agreed that they could do it straight away.When I came the lady groomer had no idea what hygiene clip was. I explained her what was mentioned on their website. She then took my boy and just shaved off his bum area.I told her that she needed to do more, she then took him to clean his face but dint do anything at all and returned him.I again complained and she took him back and dintdo anything.There was a head groomer who perhaps told the groomer what to do and not to do.

Staff not very knowledgeable about what we went in for fish aquarium filters. Wee dedicated fish shop up the road called fish tank much better and very helpful and knowledgeable

This is my local pet store and I go here regularly. The staff are always very friendly and on the odd times I need help they're always happy to assist and know what they're talking about. The store is always clean and has a good layout. Attached is a photo of my cat who benefits from the billions of dollars I spend at this store :-)
