Bought a expensive mower, on 1st use protective coating began peeling off in sheets exposing rusty metal. Returned to shop multiple times in regards to warranty. Very poor service, refused to honour warranty. Will never shop there again. Buyer beware they don't honour warranties.

I purchased my commercial Pro Z Cub Cadet from Gerald back in 2019. As a contractor needing the mower to be running to earn a living, I am always met with great service and fast repair times when I drop in, often unannounced.Would highly recommend.

Wonderful sales service but most importantly AFTER sales service has been exceptional!!! Years on we are still very well looked after. Great products and always happy when our Greenfield comes back from a service.

Don't like to leave negative comments but, this place should be avoided at all costs.They're significantly more expensive than anywhere else. The customer service lacks, the staff are rude (eating greasy food and handling stock). Taking a phone call for 3 minutes while serving me.The advice is poor, and clearly have no idea what they're doing.Selling things they swear is the best, though is of poor quality yet still prohibitively expensive. I asked specifically Will this do the job

I went into this shop for a new set of blades for my old mower & came out the proud owner of a new ZTS1Ultra Cadet & I could not be happier, with his extensive knowledge of mowers & mowing Gerald took the time to explain everything to me regarding this machine, he even gave me a demonstation of it's terrain climbing capabilities. Many thanks again Gerald to you & your wonderful happy team.

Just purchased a ride on and super impressed with the service we've received. These guys are the type of sales people I like to deal with, not pushy, friendly and know their stuff. The ride on they brought to the house for us to try didn't make it back to the shop, it is perfect for us. Thanks North Coast Mower Centre.

Not a fan of leaving negative reviews, but the experience here really was terrible.Pretty shoddy service, high prices with ill-mannered service (obnoxious, and snatching items whilst at checkout).But at least the products have good quality right? Nope. Product quality is equivalent to if maybe even worse than most online sellers. Cheap, imprecise in length, and durability.Won't be buying from this store ever again.Edit 1: Owners response:Jarrod you asked for a belt for a John Deere we found the correct belt you asked for a discount. You said you could get it cheaper online. $10 cheaper. The belt we had was a quality kelvar belt Sorry John got upset and put the belt back but he was upset with your suggestion that we should sell a quality product cheaper"My Response back:Firstly I asked for no such thing

We took our mower in for a service and it was smashed up. Possibly by a car. Possibly by the workers jamming the mowers into the shed on a Friday afternoon.All the staff denied any part of the incident. The owner said he was going to check the security footage and contact his insurance company. That was a week ago. I don’t believe they are going to rectify this situation.The damage sustained to my cub cadet has tainted the whole experience of lawn care for me. I don’t like riding on brand new smashed up mower. I don’t want to look after my lawn anymore.These people are need to have a good read of the ACCC website and take responsibility!! It’s a shame as we have used this shop for decades. Bought the first mower off the previous owner. Never had a problem before.My advice would be to photograph the condition of your mower or any equipment you drop in there for services. And to know your rights and be prepared to make a claim through the ACCC.
