Just ordered a Chocolate Mousse via UberEats from their Virtual Brand Rack Em Bones BBQ Ribs" - received an empty bag with cutlery. Absolute joke. Chased the Uber delivery person for answers after he delivered it and slowly tried to sprint away. He tells me the restaurant (Crust Pizza) handed it over like that to him. Either this happened and the driver's telling the truth. Or this happened and the driver had no common sense to not of thought to just not deliver the order. All in all

A shame to leave a mediocre review- not for the food, which is tasty although expensive- but for the customer service. Called to say one of the pizza's was missing from the delivery, the manager questioned whether I was being honest. Irony was he mentioned they were super busy" and replacement pizza would be at least 30 mins away- perhaps a little too busy to make sure orders are sent out correctly?"

I ordered through Menulog and the pizza arrived fresh and hot.A bit pricey however great to treat yourself.The Morrocan Lamb and Prawn Pizza were delicious.

We had the peri peri pizza which was nice though the gnocchi was overcooked and very chewy. The sauce they made the gnocchi in was nice but the gnocchi itself wasn't pleasant. I guess they use store bought gnocchi hence the taste and texture. Should have gone to an Italian place instead. At least we know now for next time.

Order pizzas online and are advised 15 minutes, arrive 20 minutes later to collect and advised they are at least 10 minutes away but they haven’t even made the order. Why give incorrect time frames and make me wait. Get your ordering time frames correct. Now will probably wait 20 minutes extra so total wait time 40 minutes.What a joke.

Pizza's were really fresh and made well. Wish they had some spicy pizza topping options though, the chilli flakes weren't spicy at all.

Got the peri peri chicken pizza and a garlic bread great food. Terrible delivery times. Was told no longer than an hour and didn't receive it till an hour and a half later. Called up after an hour an ten minutes and got told the order is getting made now due to being a busy night. Please notify if it is going to take longer than expected before you put an order through. Other than the delivery food is great

Probably experienced my worst pizza ever. Toppings and dough just felt old definitely not fresh. Asked and paid extra $7 for extra cheese and got less cheese than I normally would have got. Some slices literally didn’t even have cheese.
