We were having major problems with our system not keeping us cool on hot days. After seeing the reviews for Craig I gave him a call. He was very quick to respond and came out on the weekend as promised. He found the problems, ordered the parts and was back in no time fixing the unit. He is so friendly, efficient, and you can see that he loves his job and he is good at it. Highly recommend.

We are more than happy with Craig's expertise and knowledge when it comes to airconditioning installation and product knowledge. He is extremely focused on customer satisfaction and went out of his way in providing the best products for our requirements. He always answers his phone and if unable to answer, will return the call as soon as he can, within the hour. Craig is very polite, on time, comes prepared and did not leave any rubbish behind. We cannot recommend CSP (Craig) highly enough. Anyone wishing to engage him for any type of airconditioning work, will not be sorry. Thoroughtly recommend!

From the initial interaction of quotes over the phone to the day of the installation, Craig was professional, friendly, helpful, and accommodating.Craig took his time to get to know my needs and provided appropriate recommendations on what kind of split system would suit my home. He did an exceptional job installing the split system and I couldn't be happier with it.Genuinely an all around great guy who is passionate about what he does. Craig installed our split system and replaced our evaporative cooling system.He responds promptly, is transparent, very knowledgeable and friendly .He advised on the best options for us and is always on time. I definitely recommend him.

WOW!!! What can I say. We just had the most prompt & best customer service experience.Craig has made our day. I only called him this morning & he dropped by this evening & fixed our thermostat problem within seconds. Customer service doesn’t get any better than that.We highly recommend Craig.
