Our pool was absolutely terrible, but the team were able to get out pool & equipment looking great again! And in a timely manner. Would highly recommend.

The team wasn't sure what they were doing. Had problems with chlorometer. They couldn't figure out initially and just charged us extra for another visit. I don't recommend them atall.

Didn't get back to my email or text messages

Tim did an amazing job on my pool, he had great manners and was a reasonable quote. I was nervous after having a bad experience with another company but tim went above and beyond. I highly recommend!!!

We asked to replace the pump and they attended 3 times and charged for 3 call-out fee even they clearly told us there won’t be any third call out Treat customer as cash cow and extract as much as possible for as little service as possible. Their quote doesn’t mean anything and they will charging until you stop their service. I wouldn’t recommend them for any work. Worst service ever.In response to your reply, we paid $1168.91 against the quote of $890.00. We repeatedly told Tim not to comeback to check the pump as it was public holiday and he insisted that he is in the area and will make sure its working. You charged for the installation of the pump and invoice was paid in full. As part of install its your duty to make sure it is working. If you have in writing that we will pay 3 call out fee then we are more then happy to pay but saying one thing and doing something else is misleading and not professional. You claimed you made the spa work (for your info it doesnt). You also said to debt collection that you changed the lights. You did not change the light, you looked at the light to quote. You did not try to rectify my concern and two occasion you did not even pick up the phone. We did not pay the invoice at first because Tim told us he will revise the invoice but you choose to not do that. When we receive the same invoice, we promptly paid all of it minus third call out fee and then you have sent to debt collector. Your customer deserve transparency and honesty and the way you have dealt with us is not fair nor transparent.

I used these guys after repeated no shows of another company & honestly couldn’t recommend them highly enough, from a booking reminder to messaging when on the way, then to an amazing job on getting our pool up and running again! Tim & the team are truely miracle workers!
