By far the best massage I've got in my life.I had intense back pain from my workouts in the gym, and had to leave work early because I couldn't sit down for work.It was bit painful at first, but I felt so refreshed and relaxed after she was done. Just an hour of massage from Lucy was so great that I almost fully recovered.Definitely highly recommend and will be coming back again soon.

Complicated feelings with this shop.Been there 7 times. They wanted to help customers improve sooner. So they pressed very hard on the pain points. This was effective yet also causing a lot of pain. I am fine with that, hence kept coming back.Was by far good experience, until today.At 4pm the masseur called in an upset tone and asked where I was, since she thought I booked for 4pm but the actual booking was 4:30pm. I called at 4:30pm advising couldn’t make it for unexpected reason (funny stomach), and wished to cancel. Masseur gave a speech in a more upset tone that she came to the shop today only for my session, and asked to move to 5pm. At 5pm I called again, advising I really couldn’t make it. She hang up immediately.Her frustration was time being wasted. My frustration was being given a speech, lack of proper communication, and moral kidnapping (masseur commented coming to shop only for me). While I’m happy to compensate masseur’s wasted time by paying more money next time for a shorter service (although knowing I don’t have to), I expect to see an improved communication in my next visit.

I had a so bad experience for this shop.During massage therapy sessions, She listened with ear phones her country radio until finished sessions.I have asked few questions several times and she didn't answer and ignored.She didn't care about customer service.It is so shame to run this business with no communication.

Visited just today and Shirley was amazing. I prefer my massages on the harder side and Shirley was just perfect. She doesn’t just message randomly but finds and targets the right muscles which really helps relieve all my aches and pains from my desk job. Fantastic!

Absolutely appalled and dumbfounded by their professionalism and the level of service if any. Unable to communicate effectively with the owner or the employee. Both were abrupt, impatient and utterly rude when attending to my husband and I. Will never return here ever again let alone refer them to family and friends.

I decided to try this place after reading positive reviews on Google. I was very disappointed. I booked for a one-hour massage with Lucy, and it was excruciatingly painful. Lucy was serving other customers while giving me a massage (she was on her phone and went outside to pick up the phone), which was completely unprofessional! There was a lack of communication. I didn't feel relaxed because she was rough and used her elbow to massage me. Lucy responded No pain

I had a very good lymphatic drainage and facial massage yesterday. Please expect that the gua sha is a little painful and it might leave marks on the body for a couple of days, but the results was good. It was a very good experience.Lucy helped me to clear the blockage on my arms and chest due to work in front of computer for long. The uncomfortable feeling of depress /pressure on the chest was gone.----Very good massage centre, good ambient and very skillful masseurs. Tremendous result for my neck and shoulders. Medical results more than I expected. Lucy is a very humble owner and her staff are great. If you suffer from pain, this is the right place to go. Price is very reasonable, good value. Highly recommended.

Another lot that swap in-between paid visit , you may or may not start off with a inexperienced.Then running off to answer the phone and door.They don't leave you to wait long once u arrive however that's how they operate as before

Highly recommended for back massage, cupping or acupuncture. I’ve been here for almost a year, definitely more relaxed and muscle loosen after the session. Please take note the massage may be hard, but works wonders after the session. I’ve tried many places, this place is different. As the place is busy, make sure to book ahead.

My regular massage place was booked out and I've been in pain for a few weeks now, changed pillows, medications, nothing worked. I booked in here to try somewhere new and recieved the most healing massage from Lucy. She identified my problems and made me feel so light and elevated. I could immediately feel an improvement in my circulation and posture. My lethargy and tiredness was gone and I felt light as a feather and so energetic. Lucy was magic (painful but the good type of pain where you can feel that something is working!) Been to so many different places and will only go to Lucy as I know she will know the right areas to focus on for my body. 10/10 recommended to people who are in need of a proper reflexology massage.
