I cannot express enough gratitude towards Amy from Natural Birth Co for my wholistic birth experience with my first baby in April. I started with Amy just doing pregnancy yoga and Pilates a couple of days a week since the beginning of my second trimester and as my pregnancy progressed I also did her body balance, appetence and how to cope with pain in labour workshops. These workshops were so informative and valuable that made me feel so prepared for the arrival of my baby. If you are a first time mum, I cannot recommend Natural Birth Co enough because I had the most beautiful birth experience that I could not have even dreamed of and I owe it all to Amy and NBC.

My wife and I felt so comfortable doing the couples class together. The space was calming and soothing and Amy was just amazing with all her information and knowledge. It thoroughly helped my wife and I prepare for her labor and know different types of movements to help my wife and our baby come into the world during labor, and ways I can take on a heap of responsibilities and help her stay calm to have the best birthing experience she can.Very highly recommend to any new or experienced parents.

Amy is fantastic.I was carrying some birth trauma from my first birth to due an induction leading to a cascade of intervention and wanted to do things differently second time round.I went to weekly yoga/Pilates classes and my husband and I attend the birth workshop. Amy was incredibly knowledgeable and was able to help me keep my mind and body strong.Bub arrived 5 days early and completely natural and I’m so incredibly grateful for Amy’s help. 100% Recommend.

The pregnancy yoga and Pilates have been so welcomed as my pregnancy has progressed. That combined with her body balance tutorials I feel empowered that I am doing everything to open up my hips and connect to baby.Not to mention Amy is such a beautiful person, she has so much time for her pregnant mums beyond the yoga and Pilates sessions.

Pregnancy yoga and pilates with Amy has been such a positive start to my pregnancy. It has helped me feel strong and confident about pregnancy and birth. Amy is so approachable and helps with any questions or queries. I really look forward to the classes each week and feel empowered.
