Venus Nail Spring Farm

Just had my nails done here and i must say i feel ripped off and not happy at all. Firstly the color i wanted which was black and white they said would be too messy to do so i went with this color and the nail i saw and what i got was so different i couldn't believe it. Was charged 70 dollars to get my nails done. Explained i was going to a big event tonight and needed my nails to be perfect. Walked out the front door into the sunlight only to see the lines were smudged and not properly put on so i came back in and she did them again and this was the end result. I am so disappointed and feel ripped off. I just left cause i thought if they couldn't do a better job the second time around then that is as good as it gets. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone who is after a good SNS job ... once again overcharged by amateurs. Beware all.

I've been coming here every 2 weeks for 2.5 years! Absolutely love the place, Clean, Friendly, never had an issue, always a great quality job. Thankyou Ladies

I always love getting my nails done here. So easy to get to, great service and friendly staff!

Just recently got my nails and my sister-in-law’s done there because we had no choice.I have to say, they have the worst customer service and the job done wasn’t great. At all. They were closing at 5pm and wanted us out of there before that, (we came at 4:30pm) instead of making sure that the quality of their work is great, they were more focussed on getting out of there themselves. My manicure, wasn’t even done properly. One thing’s for sure. Never going back here. Once off, and that’s that.

Staff were friendly however I have been there twice in 2 years and both times my nails were terrible. First time I got shellac and my nails were all different shapes. Most recently I got SNS and the finish is horrible. My nails are wonky and bumpy. Uneven shapes. Won’t go back

Took my teenage daughter for shellac manicure. Great service by the girls, very friendly and gentle. My daughter wanted some simple nail art and the girls did an awesome job. Thank you

Staff are friendly, plenty of regulars supporting local. I had a few issues with bubbles but that’s product not technician. Generally happy.

Wont be returning!My 3 year old daughter and I went down for a mothers day mani and pedi. Charged me 40 dollars for hers, all the did was paint her nails, nothing else the nail polish came off within an hour. Very disappointed. It was meant to be a cute mother and daughter date. Turned into a big waste of money.

Terrible SNS manicure service ! All my nails are different shape, bits of colour are all over my hands ! Instead of wrapping each nail to remove previous sns manicure, the technician puts your hands in a bowl filled with acetone so that the base and colour goes onto your hands and it’s very difficult to clean off, let alone the smell! When I asked why they they don’t do wraps, they reply was “it’s just faster this way”. I also asked to make my nails same shape but she actually made it even worse. Needless to say the colour is not consistent, and they really make you feel bad for asking them to do their job properly. Basically don’t bother walking in!

I got burnt so badly by the wax here i had to use antibiotics, burn ointment and bio oil to prevent scarring once it had healed. It is clear the staff have little experience and/or training. Never again.
