Such an amazing experience! My partner and I did the couple retreat so relaxing we felt so clam and fresh after definitely recommend going. remember to book as early as you can as we had to wait 2-3 months to get a spot. it’s pretty pricey but worth it, thank you jindii

Went and had their Winter Warmer special as a birthday treat for myself. Upon entering the spa premise, it brings me back to forest feel and I had a great massage by Isabelle. Noting that I was roughly about 5-8 minutes late due to payparking and couldn't find the place as quickly as I would like to (Apologies for being late). If you are after a truly relaxing massage (silent treatment), this is the best place for me. The hot stone massage coupled with their body oil was my highlight of the day. As part of the deal, I was given a lovely cup of Turmeric Chai makes me felt like I want to stay there even longer. Alas, I had to leave in time to pick up my kids from daycare (snap back to reality!).

At the start of January this year, just after I had given birth I redeemed my massage gift voucher from my husband. I had an amazing massage experience with Ashley. She was so kind, understanding and accommodating, even kindly giving me a towel to support me as I was breastfeeding.I had a combination massage on foot massage and smoking ritual plus full body mostly focusing on neck and shoulders. I left feeling refreshed and recharged and was even kindly given a tea afterwards free of charge!Olivia also was incredible when giving me advice on a future group booking for my Mothers Group and Cindy took her service to the next level to ensure we were all looked after in running this incredible business.What a fantastic team, I’m so looking forward to having another massage and would highly recommended Jindii as the best day spa and massage in Canberra. Wouldn’t know where and how to start. From the moment the receptionist Olivia answered my call to make an appointment at this place I felt so comfortable and seriously so welcomed. When I got there I was taken by the breathtaking surroundings that this little gem was situated amongst. Upon arriving I was greeted by the lovely Olivia and was offered a tea upon arrival as I was awaiting my therapist Sue. That was the first part of my experience. My second part was the actual treatment by Sue and WOW what an amazing massage and facial experience that was. Probably the best massage I have ever had. She is seriously amazing. I was so glad to have found this hidden gem. The people here are honestly so lovely and bring out the vibe of this place so much.Thank you so much Olivia and Sue for your warm welcome and amazing service.

I wish I was able to post a glowing review. Sadly my experience was very subpar. From bad instructions to get to the location from the car park, to a lukewarm bath, to having to repeatedly tell the staff member to increase the pressure on the massage, it was a disaster from start to finish. Not to mention the tradies in the car park making a lot of noise for an hour of the treatment, and then the upbeat loud music piped into the room with a baby laughing as part of the track. Not relaxing at all.The staff member seemed uncertain and unskilled, with all treatments feeling like they were applied by someone who had never done it before. Overall incredibly disappointing. Sorry.EDIT: The response below offers a range of incorrect assumptions and excuses. The reception staff gave terrible instructions to reach the destination. I had to ask four times for pressure to be increased in the massage. No question of medical procedures was asked during the session and as the procedure the previous week was on my teeth it was not relevant to the pressure of massage. A total cop out below.

I had a massage and facial today at Jindii. It was just amazing. Very relaxing atmosphere. Cup of tea to start and finish with. The therapist was lovely and very skilled. I had the massage and facial in the same room as the bathtub. I am going to have a bath ritual next visit. Can't wait.

Catherine was AMAZING her massage was so good - super clean environment and a beautiful atmosphere!!The reason for four starts is that there was a price increase which I wasn’t advised about prior to my appointment - I booked in months in advance. I was asked to pay extra on-top of my gifted voucher. I think that previously brought treatment voucher prices should be honoured but other than that - loved it.

Average massage that was cut 10 minutes short. My appointment was at 3:40pm and i timed it to 70 minutes using my phone. I paid for an 80 minute appointment.Therapist seemed unqualified. We booked the couples retreat Nice surrounding and music. Very friendly staff, however the massage was very basic. Although we had advised prior to arrival we would like firm pressure for my husband and medium pressure for myself both were a light pressure. We were both asked what areas we would like them to concentrate on however these were skimmed over. We were both very much looking forward to our retreat but will not be returning
