We operate a tourism company in Tasmania and have been using Rezdy since our inception 8 years ago. We have been really happy with them for the majority of this time however over the last year or so the company seems to have sold out and changed its ethos. They have changed our plan from a flat monthly fee to a commission based booking fee with zero consultation, this has increased or costs by over 150% and when we raised our concerns with the relevant customer rep Hemant, he was dismissive and did not address our concerns at all. Fair warning this is how they treat their loyal customers, I would recommend shopping around.

Unfortunately we simply can not recommend Rezdy. The platform has a bug that miscalculates the amount customers are due to pay. The problem has been around for 6 months. We reported the bug last year in September 2022. The customer service follow through has been poor. The worst of it is, it is costing us money because the Rezdy payment requests UNDERCHARGE our customers. Come on Rezdy its now January 2023, you need to do better!My response to Response from the owner" below - "shortly" is not good enough! We have proposed what we require while the service does not do what it is advertised to do
