The service and staff was really great

I couldn't fault the service i got here today! All of the issues that I came in with were sorted quickly and precisely. And the staff were very courteous and friendly. It was one of the best Service's NSW I have ever been to. But I should also say all the Services NSW I have had to go to are always courteous and friendly.

the driving instructor didn't check my driving, he just looked out the window and uttered bad words during the test... I did a 3 point turn check after it was good... but he didn't look at me and was busy touching my radio.. .and he gave me fail

Shout out to Tammy and the team.Tammy assisted with getting my boat trailer back on the road, after some complications with the VIN and historic registrations. She went above and beyond to assist and worked for several weeks on my case. Many thanks to Tammy. It is much appreciated.

If you're transferring your overseas licence I wouldn't recommend.To get my nsw riding licence I had to go there 5 times, the more experienced staff were helpful and knew what was needed, but in 2 of my visits the less experienced staff had no clue on what was needed.in the last visit after passing* knowledge test* riding testI got told something totally different, last guy who served me said he wasn't satisfied with my information I needed to get a consulate signature confirming....Anyway I am happy to get whatever piece of paper needed, as this is of my interest, but why nobody told me in the earlier visits? Too much inconsistence there, none of the other staff told me that.In the same day I went to a different service NSW and got it done without peoblems.

I had my driving test at this RMS and I passed it the first time, the staff are very friendly and polite, my assessor was Denis who is absolutely a wonderful man and tried his best to help me to deal with anxiety during the test, 100% satisfied with their services.

I don’t have sufficient words to describe how excellent and timely is the help we all get from ServiceNSW. Every time!It’s amazing how quickly they resolve all matters brought to them. No matter who serve you, it’s always the same. Thank you to all!!!

Horrendous experience with the customer service team, not once but the three times i went in there last week.

Just visited Service NSW at Raymond Terrace and found the staff very friendly and helpfull, I had the pleasure of being assisted by Alex. Alex was very helpfull and made my visit seamless, thank you.
