Extremely unprofessional reps take orders and make mistakes then we get charged and it takes 6 months to get a credit won’t refund this happened last year, now this year my rep placed an order which was all totally wrong products it’s now been 2 weeks fighting and still they haven’t can’t resolve the problem when the products never even left the warehouse!!!! Come on Goldwell you are happy to take orders and customers to pay for them but when it’s time to refund or credit for your reps mistakes it doesn’t seem to happen until we have to explode very unprofessional.
