The worst job agency EVER!!! If you, as a job seeker, a couple minutes late for your appointment ( I have never been late but witnessed so many time with other people), does not matter what the reason is, your appointment will be cancelled, but it seems normal to wait for your case manager 10-20 min, while they are wondering around with a cappa. The Kogarah Branch Manager Alicea S is very rude, angry individual, who only seems care how to go out for a smoke every 15 min and no manners whatsoever and I am not even talking about communication skill, which is very important for people who needs help, compassion and understanding in order to find a job. Look for another agency, guys, if you can.

By far the worst bunch of people I've met they just ignore u and laugh amongst themselves.. Trying to assist a family member through the job seeking requirements for JobSeeker payment. They are extremely unhelpful and unprofessional. Never replied emails. Skipped many scheduled appointments. Couldn't even arrange an interpreter. Just then they changed the provider without checking or permission. Useless agency.

They should call themselves People Plus Shafting! Dishonest consultants, not work ready staff. Such lies, cover ups & misinformation & waste of time & money for a small business trying to give those on Centrelink a chance.... Stay far away from this company!
