My daughter and I love doing karate here, the teachers are awesome. Its a very social school with great community spirit and they run awesome events for the kids.

It’s not the convenient location nor the abundance of parking available nor is it the variety of classes on offer that make me such a happy customer. The thoughtful pedagogy and purposeful inclusive space is what sells it for me - the fact the kids are learning karate is a bonus on top of the life skills they are gaining by being part of the Paragon family.

Our son has been going to this school for the past 10 years since he was 3. Its an awesome family school and a great community. They teach not just karate but essential life skills and values for kids and adults. It truly is a superhero school. I can't think why you would go anywhere else.

To start with, a small disclaimer. I am a teacher here, but I would not be if the atmosphere, philosophy, and community were not top-notch. I started training here in 2014 and have loved it ever since, even becoming a teacher myself. I have met so many incredible people through this school and learned so much about the world and about myself in the past 8 or so years. This school does not simply teach martial arts, but rather trains its students to be superheroes, to be responsible members of society who can change the world. If you are considering bringing your child here, or training yourself, Paragon is second to none in the eastern suburbs.
