We bought these for our house with the idea of testing them to see if they were suitable for our electrical business to install. Our experience wasn't great, so we won't buy from them again. This is an account of our experience, rather than an attack, which I wouldn't do to a small business, readers can decide for themselves. Firstly, after sending over $900, we didn't hear from them for a week, so I phoned, was told they were waiting on stock. Two and a half weeks later, and no communication, our package arrived. Upon unboxing, the globes were much bigger than we imagined (there's no sizing on the website) and they were covered in scratches, not the premium product we thought we were buying. Then we found several which were faulty. There was a fault in the wiring and one of the lights didn't work at all due to reverse polarity (active and neutral were reversed), this was fixed by hubby, an electrician, but it didn't leave me with a good feeling. When they were finally installed and after multiple conversations back and forth it was almost Christmas. We were promised to be sent 4 more globes to replace those which didn't work from the outset (looks tacky because we have globes which don't work in our array), we've never been sent the promised globes. Ben wants to speak to hubby AGAIN before he sends anything and hubby thinks he's already had enough conversations, so I'll accept this small share of the responsibility while also understanding where hubby is coming from, as, thus far, the conversations have ended in promises which haven't been delivered. Where others have commented that they benefitted from Ben's knowledge, we didn't require this aspect and purchased online without any communications with Ben prior. If this is part of the service that others are paying for, maybe the premium can be somewhat justified??? My final thoughts are that I believe I paid a premium price and expected a premium service and product. I don't believe we received this.

Extremely happy with my festoon lights. They are very high quality. I've had them for almost 3 years and during that time they've weathered torrential rain, wind and hot Aussie summers and all the globes are still going strong. Fusion Lighting is an Australian company so it was easy to get in contact with them and to get personal advice. The owner Ben was very helpful and answered all of my questions. I'd highly recommend Fusion Lighting to anyone looking for quality lights with personalised service.
