Mini has sound audiology knowledge and a pleasant personality that made me feel comfortable. I was really nervous and anxious getting my ears checked. However, it was Mini's pleasant personality and sound audiology knowledge that put me at ease. I admire her patience while dealing with an anxious patient like me. She provided information in regard to my hearing health in a way that put me at ease. I would definitely recommend her services if you got any hearing issue.Thank you Mini.

This is a really unpleasant experience.I made an appointment to meet an audiologist named Mini Gupta but they made me meet another audiologist without any explanation, and I found it after checking the name on the result letter.Basically, if you do not comply with the patient request, wouldn't it be basic to explain?

Meeting Mini was a truly Blessing! I started experiencing tinnitus a few months ago and it was spiraling out of ctrl. I wasn't able to sleep and started to catastrophize. Mini restored my hope with her counsel, experience and genuine care. My tinnitus was extremely bad that I had developed sleep anxiety. Mini referred me onto Dr. Sherine Fernando, and finally together with Mini's counsel and Dr. Sherine medical advice and treatment, I am able to sleep and change my outlook.

I loved coming here it was said that my hearing was perfect but, I still felt like I couldn’t hear. Both junior and senior audiologist then consulted believing what I was saying and then a follow up appointment was amazing my problem was fixed. I thought I was crazy and they never said that I was always listened and so kind to me could not recommend more. Any other audiologist would have dismissed me because of my age(21) but, they did not they listened to my life story. If you ever have a doubt go there you won’t regret

Mini is very knowledgeable and more importantly an amazing person. The attention she gave my son and me was way beyond what I expected. I took my son back after 5 years and she immediately related to him. She made sure he was engaged throughout the entire session. I would highly recommend her to anyone who wants a caring, experienced and knowledgeable audiologist.

Mini Gupta is a true health care professional, who is focused on serving the patient. Unlike most audiology clinics, Mini is not trying to sell you a hearing aid, but rather focussed on finding the right solution for your problem. She is also the only audiologist who I know who is passionate about addressing tinnitus issues. Highly recommended and thank you for your excellent advice

My experience with Mini Gupta has been amazing! She is very caring, dedicated and committed to finding the best outcome for her patients. She is so knowledgeable and shares information in a way which is easy to understand for someone who does not work in the heath industry. She is always willing to take the time with her patients and I have never felt rushed or like I was being 'sold to'. My only regret is that it took me so many years after I first experienced tinnitus to find her. I wish I had known about Mini earlier, but I am so glad I found her when I did after following the the recommendation of another health professional. I am looking forward to her continued care as I know my ears will be well cared for.
