Loved coming here! Selection was great and the staff was really knowledgeable. It made everything so much easier and we walked out knowing exactly what we wanted

incompetent bunch, delivery wasn't done Friday as arranged so the crew I had to carry in and lay pavers Saturday cancelled, charged a deposit for pallets, pavers were supplied in crates so I assumed that's what they wanted back, returned them, they didn't want them, great thanks I now have 3 crates to get rid of which could have gone in the skip with everything else!

Staff could not have been more helpful. Made our decision making painless with advice and Excellent displays.

I can’t speak highly enough of Freo Stone and in particular the outstanding service we have received from Wayne. Wayne has been very knowledgeable when recommending pavers for our pool and went above and beyond when we were struggling to find decent paving contractors. Everything has gone smoothly and Wayne is an asset to Freo Stone.Thanks again.

Really poor quality product and customer service. Used their recommended layer Hollywood Paving. They did a horrid job. Sheldon inspected, made all the promises in the world about wanting their product to look good, there being no issues with their product, and he stated 'it was nearly there' just needed a few minor things. When I stated this on a social media post, I was lied to and told that they didn't say that (I had a witness present) and that all support is taken away. I requested my money be refunded but they stated that because I ordered through paving company Hollywood Pavings account, they couldn't. Hollywood Paving are now stating that the issue is with the product. I will continue to go down the legal pathway, however if you want a qualify product from a company with integrity, then STAY AWAY FROM FREOSTONE!!!?

Freo stone. Renowned for the worst service ever. Good display, go there and expect to wait and wait and then be told they don’t have the product. It is just too hard for them to put an out of stock note on their displays
