An absolute shocker....zero customer service! Ignored & section of the store i needed was merely pointed out to me....should have done that pretty woman" moment....no other customer in the store at the time & 3 employees with nothing to do......such a shame....only gave one star cos there's nothing less to chose from....Mr/Ms Manager you need to do some serious staff training...."

Poor service. Staff standing around talking and ignoring customers. Two other customers walked out as the staff could not be bothered getting up to serve them. When approached were rude. Have had this experience at this store more than once despite being a regular customer. Will not be back !

The staff here are lovely and very helpful when choosing the right gift. They often go above and beyond. I got a gift for my disabled mother and they made sure to ensure it would fit even though they could have pushed me out the door. Will return.

The staff at this store are fantastic and so helpful. They are always so friendly and not just to make a sale. I brought a SEIKO watch at the store for around $800 and unfortunately the clip that locks it around your wrist just broke out of nowhere. They told me that they would be very truthful with me and i might not get it back for about 6 weeks. They sent it in and not even 10 DAYS later i got a text saying my watch was fixed (free of change) ready to collect.
