If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Do not go here. These people are here to rip you off. Horrible customer service . Do not even go there.I have booked my wedding reception with this place last year in December 2012 and the event date was in November 2013. They asked for $2000 deposit and I had no problem with that. I transferred the money over through internet banking and for some reason the transaction went through twice. When I realised the next day I contacted the director Joga SINGH who said he would return the extra $2000 back into my account. He had not done so for 2 weeks so I called him numerous times and he never answered his mobile phone, never returned my messages left on his voice mail or email. 6 months later I received a letter from the liquidators saying that he is being liquidated and that he is no longer able to trade, so i had not only lost $2000 I lost $4000 and had to find new reception for 300 people in less than 6 months.. The liquidators have advised us not to look forward to get any money back as they need to cover other costs.I have since found out that the 3 course meal we agreed to is not even prepared in the venue as he told us, it is actually catered ( very bad quality ) as per review by Iakina.This man then contacted me last month to ask if i wanted to meet him so we can talk about the event and the menu. I could not believe that he could trade again! I told him I had found a new venue as I was told by the liquidators that he is not allowed to trade and I was not able to contact him for 6 months! He said that they had new owners" but I knew that this was not true as he was just trading under a different name! He refused to give me my money back saying that he had no money after he had been liquidated and has lost his job (yet he was still calling me to meet him in relation to my event)!I think I was just lucky that I did not end up having my wedding reception there because I am sure that it would have been horrible."
