This is , unfortunately my local pharmacy as I’ve been in the area for over 20 years. The service is rude, the pharmacist (s) are very condescending and have this false sense of arrogance. They are only interested in luring you into buying products that you will likely never use (and unreasonably overpriced). So off. I have asked for assistance/guidance many times and although it was obvious I was distressed, the pharmacist simply smirked and totally dismissed my queries and walked away. No concern. No advice given. No alternatives provided as to what I should do. Disgusting and disappointing.

Got my moderna vaccination carried out at this pharmacy. 2 things were very concerning during these visits. First of all the pharmacist administering my vaccination failed to inform me the moderna vaccination is linked to flare ups in digestive inflammatory disorders which I've struggled with for over 2 months and still off work sick with gastro symptoms. I've lost 15kg's. I trusted in you to look after my health's best interests. And secondly you lied to me blatantly with false statistics that you couldn't even tell me was based on the alpha strain which the Astra was designed for or the delta strain which we had at the time. I was told it would stop transmission by over 70% so I went against my gut feeling and did it for the vulnerable and elderly. What a lie. 90% double vaccination rate in NSW and over 12,000 cases there today. Honestly you should be responsible for my loss of wages since my 1st vaccination for misleading me and not having the right health advice in relation to my disorder and the vaccine.

Always have a great experience at Wattle Park Pharmacy; so very surprised by Stephen's experience. Moving on, couldn't talk highly enough of the knowledge and care shared by the team whether it be the provision of vaccinations, over the phone advice and/or going the extra yard to help. This happened on a Sunday afternoon where I was able to get some help for a family member, get the pharmacy to collect the medications and then deliver to their home. It was just such a positive experience to have someone helpful, constructive and supportive talk through an issue. Great stuff Wattle Park Pharmacy.

Might be a good reminder for your staff that it's not bright to tailgate in a company branded car. The older gentleman with white balding hair was notoriously tailgating multiple cars yesterday on Warrigul road around 4.45pm.Feeling he will benefit from some road etiquette during heavier traffic and definitely an attitude adjustment. Not a good look is it Amcal? Can't wait to hear his justifications" for such behaviour."
