Wilson did an amazing job cleaning water damaged mould and replacing my shattered Pulsar glass. (clean, internals check and pressure tested) Quick, easy communication, thorough and transparent with pricing which was very reasonable. Highly recommend. Thanks

Easily the best watch shop in Sydney. I bought my first watch from him when I was about 15 and 15 years later I find myself coming back to this shop for any watch repairs. Beware of other watch shops that can damage watches (from personal experience, especially the franchises). These guys are quick, honest, very well priced and always a friendly service! What more could you ask for.

Wilson, again, and as usual, just finished a fabulous refurbishment of my vintage watch. He is an absolute pleasure to deal with and is a consummate craftsman. I think he’s also a watch fanatic as he always notices my watch first.

No complaints at all about the convenience, quality, efficiency or friendliness of the service here. Is $25 a lot for a replacement watch battery? It struck me as a bit steep at the time (knowing the batteries aren’t worth that much), but in hindsight, the rent in Westfield is bound to be a major consideration in their price structure.

Took in my watch for a bit of a repair and a new strap - the service was great and there was a good selection of high quality straps to choose from, and no pressure to go to an expensive option. Once repaired, was advised to come back at any time if there are any problems in the future and would re-repair for free. Overall, perfect service for my watch - which is now back to being like new!Thanks!
