We were leasing a property that was transferred to Jess at Love & Co. mid-way through the lease and the change was amazing. Jess was always kind and polite, and actually listened and took action when something needed to be fixed. When we gave our notice to move out she gave us plenty of heads up for potential inspection times and made the whole experience so smooth and stress-free for us. She was prompt with her responses to our queries, and was just generally a really lovely person to deal with. Thank you, Jess!
