Please note, this is my personal experience and it is not what others may have experienced.Worst dealership to deal with ever. Failed to deliver the car on three different promised dates. No reasons provided, no transparency, just required to wait whenever it is available. Apparently the first time was their fault with the car being damaged in transit, then just told to wait with no due date. Car finally gets delivered after being 8 weeks overdue with no tinting (despite it being on the order). Delivered by the finance guy because sales person had time and therefore no details explained about the car on delivery, just told to sign it was delivered and they were off. They offered a credit voucher as compensation for all the inconvenience but it was again never delivered!!I was always getting a different person when I called and it had to explain the story each time.In all honesty the customer service at this dealership has been the worst period. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone and it is that bad I wrote my first google review ever for this dealership.I hope they review their processes and services to offer better service to future customer that would be unaware. I personally would never being going back, even if their prices are competitive.Thanks for the lesson Autosports Honda.

I got very good experience from this shop . I received service from Joseph , But all the staff also nice too. I really recommend this Honda shop and is the best . Even though Joseph had a day off he still came the shop for us to help about the car he cared all about the service for us that is why me and my boyfriend understood everything about how to use the car . Also this is my first car he taught us so much that it felt like we had had a lot of experience! Billion thanks for all of you !!

Our first time to own a Honda car, definitely worth it. The process was very smooth and hassle free with the help of Joseph Lee. He was professional and absolutely knowledgeable, able to answer all our queries.Would definitely recommend to anyone looking at purchasing a car.

I've had the most fabulous experience at Autosports Honda these past few days, and it's all down to William (Service Dept) and his team of mechanics. I recently had quite a major crash in my 2005 Accord requiring an extensive front end repair. After picking up the car from the smash repairers, I noticed that it was overheating severely. Contacted the smash repair place but they didn't want to know about it. Rang Autosports Honda in a bit of a panic and spoke with William. He could not have been more helpful. He fitted me in without delay and, after I had the car towed there, William phoned me a number of times to let me know what was going on. The problem was diagnosed accurately and fixed promptly. As long as William stays with Autosports I'll continue to have all my mechanical and servicing done by them.

I am very happy with Autosports Honda, recently bought Honda Civic RS and my experience was excellent. They even provide me loan car until my car arrived which took around 2 months. Arun and Andrew helped me a lot with all the paperwork and finance process. Now i am a happy customer of Autosports Honda. Thank You

Very nice people working here special Maroun and Arun. I just came in to look around didn’t even tell them i was buying a car but they entertained me with my question the whole time a i was there. Best place to buy highly recommend.

My wife signed up a brand new car contract with an Asian salesperson (my other friend refer me to him) on the 14th of Jun, 2019.(only took us 15 mins to finish the contract, n everything because we r willing n very happy to buy, my wife bought a brand new Accord few years ago, excellent car!). He said the car will be ready for pick up on the 18th of June. After we paid the remaining balance on that day n drove away the car, we found out it's actually a demo car which written on the receipt. The vehicle was sold to a private buyer before us and registration was done. Hence we went back to the branch n ask for exchange to a new car, or full refund or partial refund because you can't sell a demo car for a brand new car price. But all our offers were refused by the branch manager, helpfully" the manager ask me to seek help from Fair trading

Fantastic place, Hassle free customer service....Autosports Honda is a top notch dealership!Suzanne Rizk & Maroun Ayoub went beyond to make sure I get an unbeatable price I was comfortable with. There suggestions were valuable but were not pushy what-so-ever.After I decided on the car model, the process was absolutely painless. I felt like family by the end of the whole process...I would recommend Suzanne to anyone who is looking for a new car.The overall buying experience was pleasurable.

Trust me no one can beat Joseph’s customer service in autosports Honda in NSW. The manager should be proud to have such a great employee. Such a nice guy with patient and enthusiastic that goes everything in details. I had been to different dealers recently and decided to purchase a Honda CRV here! It’s because they treated me as a friend not just a customer with a lot of good advices and a great price, although had some unhappiness with the after salesman. But all went smoothly. Again, thank you Joseph.

I recently had my car in for a warranty/recall service (the car was also purchased here) and I must admit, the level of service and attentiveness to my concerns were first class. I would like to thank the Service Manager, Katarina for making me feel entirely comfortable about the process and going above and beyond to help me. She's extremely knowledgeable and very friendly, unlike other service centres I've been to. Great work, team Autosports! Would also recommend buying a Honda from them as well. We've purchased two in the past few years and both times have had zero issues.
