Waste of time - emailed these guys for more info and they told us it was best to visit their Bayswater Showroom with measurements

The customer service is not at all good, the lady Danielle is very rude, unprofessional and she wants customer to pay more money for the kitchen building. They lost the business from us good for us. I wasted my time visiting them not going again.

WARNING!! I have been in the cabinet making industry for 25 years and recently purchased $1200 of board. All seemed good until I paid and got no communication after that. This unproffessional company cut the board wrong and missed edge tape. I strongly advise you avoid this company. They have no intention of refunding my money and the arrogant manager will not return my calls.Very disappointed!!

Kitchen arrived without correct kickboards, so we had to go back and exchange. After telling them we did not have enough they argued and said we did, only to go back again to get more as they could not add up. The soft closing drawers had useless instructions on how to install and after going back again no one knew how to install them. We had to get a cabinet maker to install which took 6hrs. We rang to find out why we had not received a call for the stone benchtops as promised to be told we have no record of it, even though it was written on the plan and quoted for. They were meant to call me back and let me know about installation. No phone call received back and we called another stonemason to do the job. Finally all i can say is lousy service, no customer service available after product has been brought and no idea what they are selling. I recommend never to use this company as you will be highly dissapointed.

Was thinking about updating our kitchen, but was concerned about the price. A friend referred me to flat pack kitchens Bayswater. They mocked up a new kitchen to our specs on the computer, and the price came in much lower than I thought. Very happy with the quality. Karen provided amazing service for us. Michael

Avoid this place at all costs. You have plenty of better options. The male manager is extremely rude and obnoxious. I had a kitchen design for a new build drawn up and was told by email that if I paid $100 I could get a copy of the design which I needed to give to my architect. When it came around to me paying, the manager suddenly decided that he wanted to charge $200. When I told him I'd been quoted $100 he refused to give me my plans and accused me of just wanting the plans to give to another kitchen supplier. He ordered the lovely Asian lady who had been helping me to not give me my plans and stormed out of the showroom. This rude man just lost his business $9000. We have recently competed our own renovation and we are so thankful for the guidance and ideas from Izzy and james, they were so professional and had great ideas and suggestions. Deliverys were on time and we had no problem with the products and everything was made to order. The stonemasons they recommended were also of high quality, I would not hesitate in recommending them for value and quality.

We used Flatpack Kitchens in 2018 to design and purchase a kitchen and laundry. Karen was amazing from start to finish - she took the time to design our rooms with us and listened to what our needs were. She was very knowledgeable and used software to create a 3D image so we knew exactly what it would all look like. We recently went back to enquire about another project and we were just as pleased with her service. The rooms came up beautifully and the price was very competitive. I would be happy to use them again.

I would not recommend this company to anyone. Very cheap product and not much care or thought goes into their jobs. Our drawers don't shut when you push them, it takes about 4 times to even get them to shut. The guy installing it couldn't even get them to shut himself but told us we would get used to it. Our section for our fridge is so small that we are now struggling to buy a fridge that is going to fit. The lady in the shop named Danielle is extremely rude, unhelpful and arrogant. I would seriously reconsider if you are contemplating using this company.
