If anyone needs gear or any help with sim gear this is the place, would have to be one of the best experiences I've ever had. The professionalism from Sam and Emma is second to none and all products they sell are Orsome.You can't go past Clutchkick!!!

Nice setup but poor customer service at Chatswood Westfield. Tried to use pre purchased multi session ticket for my friend but was told not allowed. Asked for terms and conditions but couldn’t be provided. Lodged complaint via NSW fair trading already. Not recommended.

Exceptional customer service, amazing product knowledge, I can’t thank Eddy, Emma and Clutch Kick enough for all their assistance in purchasing my entire sim rig and answering all my questions (even the simple ones). I have very little ‘gaming’ experience, Eddy assisted me in working through a number of questions and concerns to buy myself the ultimate early 50th birthday present. Purchased an entire high end race sim rig setup (NLR Elite F-GT) with all the goodies, Eddy assisted with every question and functional aspect from the rig, monitors, peripherals, motion platform, VR and even various online racing platforms such as Assetto Corsa and iRacing. Quick delivery, straight forward setup and am having an absolute ball on this sim rig, thanks so much guys.

One star for customer service. Disappointing service at the chatswood clutch kick, we were waiting at the counter for a considerable time while the sales assistant was on his phone showing photos to a friend. He noticed us but made no effort to come over and help us, all racing simulators bisdes one were free as well.
