I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND TO USE THIS COMPANY. Terrible customer service. After organising our event date they said they would send the invoice for payment, afew days later I contacted them as I hadn't received it and I didn't want the event cancelled by a misunderstanding if they had sent it. They just stopped replying for no reason at all leaving me to assume that they had cancelled for some reason. (and yes they have been active and posted on Facebook in this time) I have messages several times and no reply. Its now been 3 weeks. I cant imagine the disappointed kids on the day of their Xmas movie night if I assumed they were going to show up and they didn't.

We just had our daughter’s birthday party last night and the outdoor movie was a hit with the girls!We only decided to hold the party the weekend before so I was so relieved to get a call back straight away to my enquiry and was able to book it all in same day.Excellent customer service, great explanation on the day of how to use the projector. Highly recommend!

The rudest customer service (from Melanie) I have ever come across in the world of small businesses being a small business consultant. I recommended this company to a friend after I looked into SOCH for a few corporate events. This business is not suitable for professional or child environments.
