Absolutely terrible service.Waiting 7 days for a PCR test result.They never answer their phone. Cannot leave a message. Their ‘contact us’ function on their website doesn’t work.The WORST pathology experience EVER!Owners should shut it down as it is an embarrassment to the industry.I wish I could select zero stars.

Had a PCR test 28/12 11.30am it's now 4 days + 5hours later, still no results. Tried calling, line is constantly busy. Hoping to receive a reply to my email sent this morning.

Do not use this company for covid testing. I never received a message to say they had received my test. I never received results & they do not have a contact number or email that works. Anytime you call it immediately hangs up and when you email a failed message appears. I need results to return to work and I've waited 5 days with no contact from this company at all. Extremely disappointed. I lost a lot of money being off the last 5 days. If my results had come back negative I would have been able to work. Would not recommend.

DO NOT USE THIS LAB FOR COVID TESTS.The location I got tested at was 142 Beamish St, Campsie. After doing my PCR test I received no contact confirming my registration let alone actually receiving my test result from them. When I went back to the location to follow up, it was closed - but I noticed there was no signage stating the pathology lab name, website or any contact phone numbers. The testing site address wasn’t even coming up in online searchesThe only reason I got my result (6 days later) is because I chased the issue up through Service NSW who suggested that I register for updates separately through a government form. Thankfully my result also contained the name of this incapable labIf you don’t want to add to your stresses at this time definitely go with someone else

Waited 5 days for my covid test results only to receive a false negative. There's no phone number available to contact them and double check, I had to get tested somewhere else just to confirm their mistake, and then isolate again. Just ridiculous.

Rudest customer support team ive ever encountered, they transfered me to a manager and he was just as rude.When asked what type of testing they do they got all defensive and told me to contact my gp, constantly refered to my gp as a he when i told them my gp was female they insisted they were male ?? Told them i think I'd know what gender my doctor is ...Would avoid using this company at all costs, their tests aren't accurate either.Ive previously came up positive for both hsv1/2 in other labs and theirs im miraculously negative...?

Went here for a PCR test, quick service, had a really nice guy do it for me, his name was Muhammad, and he is really cool and a good guy to do it. He gave me a new pen as well in writing the form, when I asked for it, and was very cooperative with me. He was also very efficient with it and I received my results quickly. DEFINITELY get a test from here!

No one use their PCR Covid test. I did two in one day, their one came back negative and another one came back positive. They didn't even swab me properly, so half attempt of a mouth swab and not even a nose swap , poor quality.

I just wish there was an option for negative stars or atleast 0 stars as giving them even 1 star is an insult to the whole start system. They are terrible and just take your money and then you will have to chase them for receipts. So far the worst kind of service I have used. Don't waste your money and time with them. I will never use them even if this is the last laboratory in the world

Don't waste your time and effort for pcr drive thru testing. 2nd time I've been back to test for covid. Within last 6weeks and 2nd time no results. Ring and always engaged. Useless drive thru pcr test experience for me. Will never return
