12 Months on I am still dealing with issues this branch caused me. Its amazing how much effort Flight Centre will go to so they don't allow you to use your credits. Your company has a disgusting manner towards paying customers!

We had a very good experience with Carolina who was very helpful. We valued her expertise in making all our bookings whilst we sat back and relaxed! She was able to arrange our holiday just the way we wanted.

Terrible experience just trying to access flight credit. Refused to provide the voucher number. Tried telling me i wasnt able to and therefore needed to book flights aswell as accomodation through her. I knew what i wanted but she was finding different prices beyond what i was suggesting and rushing me to pay. was adamant not to provide me with access to my voucher number disregarding the emails requesting this. Very sneeky and told me on the phone she has to handle all bookings for flights and accomodation.. Was extremely demanding and rushed with expecting i take a hotel i wasnt wanting. When i booked karen from flight centre made out that the day spent dealing with mehad wasted her time and that she was very dissapointed. She ruined my experience and MY day.. and considering i wanted my voucher credit to book flight myself that she had stated were not available to me , i was forced to deal with her under false pretences and as a result she wasted my time.

I went to Flight Centre Miranda and the experience I had was a very sad one. I waited for over ten minutes and the staff all ignored me. I tried to get their attention but was ignored. Then a couple came behind me and was served straight away. I still could not get anyone to acknowledge me. Finally I had to approach one of the staff who had invited the couple over to her desk and she started making excuses. My husband and I do a lot of travelling and we have been travelling with Flight Centre but now we will no longer go back there because of this experience.

Very satisfied with my booking experience with Bryce in store! He was efficient, friendly and very knowledge on the deals and best options for my travel ideas. Made the experience really easy and enjoyable, especially as the deal was on its last day and things needed to move fast. Will definitely be back to book my next holiday with him!

Where do we start?I would not have wished our booking experience on my worst enemy.We had to go into the store to get our itinerary the day of an international departure, after a week of asking our agent for it with no responses.We were given the wrong information with collecting bags- if we'd have listened to our travel agent, we would have been in Calgary while the bags were in still in Vancouver.After 2 hours in a hotel room chasing it up on the phone myself, i found out that our agent didn't tell us that a day-long tour got cancelled 3 weeks prior, and that she still hadn't processed the refund. The tour was booked 6 weeks prior to this.2 attractions we went to weren't properly booked and no ticket numbers were issued.Our agent didn't confirm a night tour of Alcatraz, so we missed the spot yet we still paid for it. She didn't respond to our email for 2 days so we had to ring up flight centre in Sydney to figure this out.Thankfully we could get moved to a day tour and one tour had 2 spots available on an otherwise fully booked weekend.Out emails weren't responded to in regards to chasing up refunds and have had to yet again go into store to chase this up.And we are still waiting on a refund on a tour and surprise surprise, we haven't had an update on this for 6 months and even more ghosted emails.There has been no apology whatsoever for any of these incompetencies.If we weren't a relatively tech-savvy millennial couple, our holiday would have been an utter disaster.Don't spend your hard earned money at this agency, just to risk having your holiday experience be sub-par due to staff that just don't care.Re-train your staff, or hire new people that actually want to do their jobs.

I had booked a trip to lizard island with jetstar flights. Everything was booked by me and I arranged accommodated directly with the island and booked my flights online myself through flight centre.Unfortunately testing positive for Covid 2 days prior to travelling I was extremely stressed having to cancel. The wait times to get onto jet star were never ending so I decided to call flight centre Miranda. I was lucky enough to speak to Peter Castle who went above and beyond to cancel my flights snd issue me with a very generous credit time frame to use.He was so lovely to deal with and as I had booked my flights directly through the website he was under absolutely no obligation to help me at all. For what I was expecting to be a half a day process with 10/10 stress levels Peter made it a 5 minute no fuss event.I will be booking direct with flight centre Miranda for my next trip. Peter you are amazing. Thank you!!

Extremely poor service! Do not come here!! Our consultant by the name of Caz was very rude and unprofessional, she wanted a deposit before giving us a quote! How does that work?!! How can we pay for a service prior to being informed of the full price of that service?? Her argument was that she had completed a quote on prior occasions to people who didn’t end up proceeding but isn’t that a risk with every type of business? Would not recommend at all!!
