As a green P plater, I don't have much technical knowledge on cars and know that sometimes mechanics can be Abit hit or miss sometimes. I have to say, leaving my car with AutoMasters Balcatta I felt completely confident and felt even more so when a video recording was sent of what work was required, and the explanation along with an itemized quote. Victor was absolutely brilliant in the way of explaining how the business operates, how charges are itemized and are only done when necessary (no gimmicks)! Victor even showed me what my brakes looked like in comparison to what the standard should be and just went above and beyond!! I am extremely happy with my car, my little Getz is like new and will be recommending and will only come to AutoMasters Balcatta for my services ongoing. Thanks guys!!

Kevin and Victor at Balcatta Auto Masters are outstanding.My Holden Cruze had a coolant leak near this service centre. I pulled into the repair shop they fixed it the same day.3 Weeks later a similar problem occured, but not the same, they repaired it under warranty and provided a drive car.
