This business is a joke. Don't bother.Important to know. If they don't deliver on the promised date... they will NOT REFUND the whole amount. Then tell you it's your fault it wasn't delivered.

Plus Gas have provided me with excellent service until mid 2022 when that service declined markedly. Delivery was not made on the date booked, no phone call came to inform me of this, and lame excuses were made regarding why. This is an appalling way to run a business and a great way to lose customers.

Literally the most trash company. Can not wait to change companies! So unreliable. Every time we order gas for a certain day, it never shows. No courtesy call to say it won't come, then we wait days for next delivery day and it's the same thing. Lady on the phone always says no

Told wrong advice, getting a smell of gas from our bottle after installation. Told nothing they can do, to go through a gas fitter. The gas plumber comes out and states the leak was from installation and not tighten correctly. Spent $195, plusgas takes no responsibility and in return asked if we had proof of the leak. The proof was the plumber. Seriously lack of duty of care, no safety, no standard, no service.

Couldn’t deliver a gas bottle with 7 days notice and 2 failed days of promised deliveries. Had the courtesy to ring me at 3pm on a Friday to let me know the driver didn’t even have a bottle on the truck for me that day even though we’d been waiting all week. The customer service from these guys is about as good as their delivery promises.

This is an absolute joke of a company. Most useless company you can ever deal with. We haven’t had LPG since Tuesday and we called to get bottles when we were told it’ll be there Thursday/Friday. Called 3 times on Friday with no beneficial response saying they’re not sure if they’ll make it then saying it’ll definitely be there on Friday afternoon. Now they’re saying they won’t make it till Monday. Absolutely useless and incompetent staff that are in no way professional.

Least you can do is talk to people on the phone properly! You might have your compulsions/constraints as a business owner for not making a quality delivery, but asking your customers to shut up isn’t exactly customer service.There’s a reason why they have such low reviews over a sustained period.

If i could leave a negative star I absolutely would. Terrible customer service with no accountability whatsoever by the admin team. Don't waste your time using this company. I sincerely recommend signing up somewhere else.

Rang up to change providers, in middle of winter rush (one company quoted 8 business days for delivery) after discovering my spare was empty. Was promised Wednesday (2 days) delivery, but actually delivered next day.I wasn’t home, but gate secured closed and latched on my return. I had an issue & rang at a couple minutes to 5pm. Kayla was extremely helpful, we got cut off when the 5pm switchboard occurred, she called back to ensure I had the required info.Hot water and cooking restored in a quick manner.Cannot fault customer service & cannot imagine the bigger companies taking the time to call me back!
