Waited 15 minutes for a sundae and a bottle of water. Sauce was all over the outside of the cup. Staff were all over the place and yelling at each other but no one doing anything. Tables were all full of rubbish with a pile of rubbish up against the wall.

Recently I went here to order a free small water, which I do on occasions when I am dehydrated and thirsty... But no. I'm not allowed free water anymore. I discovered a very sad and disappointing sign...Free Waters will only be given to paying customers. NO ORDER = NO WATER"Never had I realised that the store doesn't actually care about providing humans with basic survival needs. This is not only a selfish decision

Macdonalds is good if you want fast food but not for quality or for healthy food. They have 4 self service machines which can be pretty glichy. And when you want to be served by a person. They ignore you and you have to ask them to be served which really turns me off from getting Maccas. It's a good experience in the way of bringing back memories of when you were younger and use to get the cookies or the happy meal.

Poor service. .stressed staff not coping with number of customers. Order take away only.,.not advised that some products were not available until after payment. No paper receipt available....confusion regarding order numbers. Service area did not look clean.....will not return even if grandchildren request!

Ordered a medium sized fries and waited over 15 minutes for half filled chips. Staff took forever to prepare all of the other meals and moved so slow I thought the wait wouldn’t have an end. Please don’t waste your time coming here if you’re on a work break or looking for ‘fast’ food.

The self serve machines seem to always be broken. They don't respond and your unable to access the full menu.Thankfully the staff are responsive and helpful.

I was disappointed to get my large almond milk chai latte and it was lukewarm. The shift manager did ask the girl making coffee to top it up with hot milk. She looked at him with a questioning face and he poured the milk into the jug for her. She proceeded to heat it - I didn't know whether it was for my drink or another she'd started making but when I asked if it went into mine the manager said 'yes - wasn't it meant to?'. I explained that I ordered an almond milk chai. He asked her to redo it and then swapped jobs with her as she still seemed confused. Once he had done it, it was done properly. Good service from the manager, sassy half-asleep service from the young girl. I ended up with a good chai after about 20 minutes and three tries.The manager was friendly and did a good job - other than telling her to just top it up with hot milk instead of remaking it in the first place.

Riddle me this:When is fast food not fast food?Answer:When you get it from McDonald's Belconnen mall.I could be served in a sit-down restaurant quicker than it is to get a single burger here when it's not even busy. 10mins is the usual wait, up to 15mins. The blonde girl was the only one who could keep that place running. Since she's not been there its become a trainwreck.I believe that one family owns the majority, if not all of the ACT franchises. Can someone take it off them please because the service being provided is totally substandard.

Rude service.. burnt order , forgets the chips and then try's to say its not a combo even after handing the drink out. Then yells for chip after been told it's a combo.. Not happy.
