I had a fantastic experience at Robins Kitchen and felt compelled to share my positive feedback. Despite initial reservations based on negative reviews, my encounter with the business exceeded expectations. Their products are reliable, and the customer service was exceptional.I initially purchased two Japanese chef knives but changed my mind the next day and decided to buy a set instead. The staff at Robin Kitchen were extremely accommodating, swiftly processing the exchange without any hassle. They even matched the set's price with their website, showcasing their commitment to customer satisfaction.The quality of the knives was outstanding, reflecting superb craftsmanship and meticulous attention to detail. The blades were durable and precise, greatly enhancing my culinary endeavors.The customer service I received was exemplary. The gentleman who assisted me was courteous, knowledgeable, and attentive. His willingness to accommodate my change of mind and price match demonstrated the business's dedication to their customers.I highly recommend them to anyone seeking top-notch kitchenware. I will undoubtedly return for future culinary needs.

So overpriced, even with the 50% discount. Aisles are so small I could barely move around the store.

I went in there looking for saucepans. The lady working their was very nice and walked me through the different products that suited my needs. I ended up buying two as they were on a good sale. I didnt see this poor customer service everyone is talking about. she was very helpful.

This place is forever having a closing down sale. There is the occasional useful product but mostly useless kitchen gadgets & low-mid range crockery and cookware. Exchanges are an absolute nightmare - I spent half an hour in the shop trying to return one thing I bought on sale for $39.99, for another product marked as $39.99, only to be told that since the new item was on sale the system couldn't process an exchange (the new item had the be equal or greater value). After adding multiple items to the purchase, including a SINGLE teaspoon which I obviously didn't want, the assistant finally said she would refund me the difference - a whole 2 cents.

After wadding my way carefully through overfilled rows to find something that I needed, I was then asked to pay by card as they no longer accept cash (!!). I shouldn't be forced to use card if I don't want to and for a low cost item once upon a time one would never have been allowed. So stupid. Won't return

overpriced and unreasonable refund system

The good prices are not worth the absolute terrible customer service and horrible returns process.I have placed several large and small orders over the past year thinking it will get better each time and each time I am let down and left frustrated. The customer needs to pay return shipping for change of mind which is fine but to actually get your money takes about 4-8 weeks and multiple upon multiple phone calls where you have to explain the situation over and over again. You are told the same thing every time you call, your return is on the spreadsheet for financing today, it doesn't happen and you end up calling again in a week.I've asked countless employees what is going on with the returns process to gain some insight and no one gives any answers as to why there is such a severe breakdown in the return processing. I would rather buy anywhere else then Robins Kitchen. I would say shop here if you don't want to return anything but sometimes they don't even send you your item and that is a fight in itself to get your money back. I warn anyone who decides to shop here, it's just not worth it.

Encountered the rudest staff ever. I’d give 0 stars if I could. Went in to have a look and found a coffee espresso maker that my mother wanted so I took a photo to ask her what size to buy. Then was approached by a staff member who rudely asked ‘why are you taking photos?’ I explained to her my mum wanted one and she replied ‘Well you’re not allowed to take photos’ No ‘how can I help you?’ Or anything. They just lost a quick purchase with their obnoxious customer service and needless to say I’d rather buy from another store than go there ever again.

Online prices much cheaper so click and collect. I paid more for an item than David jones thought it was a clearance rennovation sale! Will think twice before going again.

The worst customer service and returns policy. No refunds offered at all and credit only given on purchases over $25! Not how to operate a local business. Don’t bother with this store... Victoria’s Basement has better range, better quality, just as good discounts and fair returns policy! Never setting foot in this store again and will bad mouth them to everyone I know in Baulkham Hills!
