Great gym, open 24 hours, wide range of equipment with a couple double ups to help ensure you get to the equipment you need around peek times.Brett, Michelle and the team are a great help especially to beginners and will help identify where you may need improvement (such as my weak shoulder muscles from hunching over a desk 8 hours a day).Classes will push you and definitely get your heart pumping and burn those calories at no extra cost to 24 hour access members so definitely give them a shot. (I recommend the boxing class for endurance, upper body strength and suited for beginners and intermediates)

Great gym. A bit over populated at times. But great vibe and great people. Everyone is quite friendly and helpful.

This gym has been like my second home for many years. The team are always welcoming, the gym is clean, great equipment and fantastic, fun and engaging classes. I would highly recommend TP 24/7 if you are looking for a new place to workout.

Top class gym and trainers! Extensive range of equipment and classes in a spotless gym. The trainers have a wealth of knowledge in the industry, are super friendly and go above and beyond for their clients. 24 hour access means you can go whenever suits you in a secure building. Highly recommend Totally Pumped 24/7!

Bairnsdale’s best for sure. The owners are genuinely caring, passionate about ensuring results, and the great experience of their members. Group classes definitely very well done. Some talented PTs and lots of heavy stuff. Great location nice and close to Bunnings. Can’t really fault the place. Always enjoy my visits.

I have been a member of Totally Pumped for a few years now and my only regret is that I didn't join up sooner. What an awesome Gym! It's clean, well equipped and spacious. The Staff are exceptional. They 'live and breathe' wellbeing and fitness, without being overbearing, are unfailingly friendly and always helpful. They are committed to enabling members to achieve their fitness goals, and greet members with a smile and by name. Staff welcome feedback and will take on board any suggestions/comments. The Covid19 has meant the doors are shut for now, but the online classes are indicative of their flexible and responsive approach to clients. I know others who attend different gyms in Bairnsdale but Totally Pumped represents the best value at so many levels.

I love this gym. Over the years this place has become a second home for me. I have been part of Totally Pumped 24/7 as a gym member and as a staff member for the last 10 years and this gym will always have a big place in my heart. This gym is always clean and hygienic, all the members do their bit to keep it tidy and clean, the staff are friendly and it has a strong community and family feel as soon as you walk in the door. I know I may work here, some may say biased but I could not recommend this gym enough.

One of the friendliest and low key gyms I’ve ever attended. If you just want to do your own thing they leave you to it. If you need help or guidance, they are there for you. All the equipment, plenty of space, often not many people there.
