Are you kidding me? I thought Redbank plains had the worst plain pepperoni pizza but this place takes the cake. So much for domino’s saying it now gives 33% more cheese because this one would be lucky if you got any cheese at all. Out of 2 large pizzas we counted 13 pieces of pepperoni on both combined. The pizzas were either cooked well too much or we cooked so badly we had to hold a plate and napkin under our mouth because they were so soggy.Do your family a favour and drive to Orion or elsewhere but stay away from this one. I don’t know how they stay in business truthfully.

The worst meal that I've ever experienced!!! Arrived cold, after paying a new" delivery surcharge for each pizza. I paid extra for "thin and crispy"

Come in tonight and placed an order that come to $63.47 I placed the order on the app and went in to ask about the base having extra pizza sauce on the bottom. I was greeted by a lovely girl Emilee who I could tell was new but had a smile on her face and was trying so so hard. She then asked the shift runner Zoe who pretty much without looking said they’ve probably already been done when there was no way they were done I had just placed the order. Zoe rolled her eyes and you could tell in her attitude I was a problem to her. She was barking orders telling the young girl Emilee at the counter to listen. 15 years in customer service and hospitality and I can promise you the way Zoe was carrying on is not a leader but more an obnoxious dictator. I’d either suggest more training or take her off that position because she can’t handle the pressure. Emilee if you happen to see this, good job darling you handled it well and you did not deserve that.I most likely won’t be back as it was uncomfortable to sit and watch a manager talk to young people like this. It took everything in me not to say something.

Placed my order at 10:22pm. Paid for the 20 minutes guarentee. My pizza has been sitting ‘Ready in Store’ since 10:32. It is now 11:02pm. I have been calling non-stop since 10:50 trying to figure out where my food is. No one is answering the phone. So you’re able to take my money, but not answer your phones? Now, it’s the middle of the night and I have no food, I’m out $30+ and nowhere else is open. I would have gone elsewhere, but that’s my bad for trusting Dominoes Park Ridge to have any level of professionalism or reliability. This was the final straw of repeated bad service, I will not be coming back.

My chicken supreme had approx. 12 pieces of chicken - dry and very bland, chicken is supposed to be the main protein?? Imagine ordering a porter house steak and it was a 1/4 of the size and overloaded with chips & salad, I also ordered a loaded supreme pizza and was disturbing to say soggy base and nothing to write home about both lacked flavours and all the above!!! $47.00 dollars AU later for myself. This is the second time I've ordered from them thinking 13 months later they would have improved, sadly not!!

Ordered online Pizza. They couldn’t locate address on computer so they canceled it without the courtesy of contacting me on provided mobile number or email about cancellation. Waiting for an hour, called them then they told me they canceled it and nothing they can do about it now. Refund after three days. Adding it they delivered the same order on same address last week with no issue. And I used same saved address and added nothing to it . on the phone , they talk to you like they don’t care . Very poor service

I order spicy papy paneer pizza. I picked up and come home . When I opened it there is no paneer on the pizza.when I called them they told me to come back and exchange pizza. Wow, because of their mistakes why should I drive for 15 min and waste my time. It’s hilarious.

Partner placed a delivery order online, I called to ask if I could get a couple drinks delivered along with my order but was told no. Said couldnt add to an order but I was simply asking to pay for the cold items and have them taken on the delivery with my pizza so the girl checked with a superior, but I was told noThe very pleasant girl on the phone politely offered the manager, after a short hold the same girl comes back and says the manager won’t speak with me the answer is the sameIt just doesn’t make sense why you wouldn’t be able to, charge me for a couple drinks over the phone and bring them on the delivery which I already paid the fee on… instead the manager insists I place another order and pay the delivery fee again

Amazing pizza and sides every time! I am yet to have a bad pizza. Great customer service, always such lovely delivery people who are always smiling and polite.
