Go to another Good Guys. You can see it in ALL the previous reviews. Appalling and terrible a service.got sent to the back to pick up an item and we had to wait 40+ minutes and a line started to form behind us. we called up to send someone no one came. so we drove to the front and got our item refunded. no one apologised they just said oh his out for lunch". Then why would u send your customers to the back?! just give us our items that we paid for.go somewhere else to buy your products cause this place is a waste of time."

Definitely need to work on their customer service better. Was at the bankstown store buying a phone. Stepped outside to transfer funds as they had no reception in store. Went back in and they had sold the last phone. Was told there was one left in casula. We called ahead and said if they can put it on hold and we are on the way. The guy said no worries. when we get there they had no idea what i was on about even though the phone was behind the counter. They said i left no info when i clearly did. They didnt ask if i wanted to buy case or accessories they just want you out the door. Shame good guys use to have the best service

Terrible store! Such a bad experience, literally because we were waiting on a worker to come back and let us know if there was a tv in stock, we were targeted by the so called “boss” asking us if we need help 10 times after telling him no we are fine we’ve got someone helping us, then calls security to come watch us, made us feel so uncomfortable I will never ever return to this store. He was so rude and disrespectful and the other 3 team members as-well. Do not recommend. Awful customer service! Luckily Bing Lee was across so much better and more professional.

Ended up buying a product due to sale and very competitive price. However there were few customer service reps walking / working around while we were browsing products , they didn’t even bother to offer service until when we approach to them. Pretty ugly customer service! Pity ! Giving two stars as someone offered to carry the product to my car

The most horrible experience I've encountered! After 4 weeks of constant excuses I finally get a call to collect. As I arrived to collect, they lost the stock! 5 weeks of wasted time, lack of engagement, horrible horrible experience. Bing lee, same price, same day pickup

Where do I even start with this store..We walked in. And there was no customer service staff in sight.. waited around the coffee machine station for a while.. and there was still no one.. I went to the front desk asked for a customer service staff. They paged for one to attend the coffee station.. next min.. a lady rocks up.. (I'm not a one to judge.. ) but this lady actually ticked all of the karen" boxes out there

Walked in on Sunday 6+ staff on the register and front counter and only 2 staff in the floor. Customer waiting to be served on the floor but no help. If you want to get sales, have staff talk to customers, answer questions, get more sales. If I line up to pay, I have decided to buy and don’t mind if there only 2 staff serving.
