Not to review Aware Super specifically but the consultant David HowieI contacted David for a scheduled appointment which was to be a joint one. But a change of personal circumstances meant it was just for me. I explained my situation to him. David was very kind and gave me all the general advice allowed, as well as very patiently explained my options for putting settlement money into super once it comes through.I’ve needed quick access to cash since, and have struggled with the website since the latest amalgamation and the people on the phone seem to have no idea how to navigate that I have two accounts and how to help me get what I need. This amalgamation has been a disaster for user interface, by the way. It added considerable stress to an already very stressful circumstance.David responded to an SOS email and helped me get through and since then has helped me twice even though it’s beneath his pay grade. Each time he’s been kind and treated me with dignity and respect.David is professional, knowledgeable, helpful and personable. An asset to Aware.
