Pawz and Relax Pet Spa

I have been taking my little Maltese Shihtzu to Paws and Relax Pet Spa since my regular mobile groomer sold her business. Carisa is amazing with my anxious dog Oscar who always looks just gorgeous and relaxed when I pick him up. Couldn't be happier with the friendly and professional way she runs her business. Oscar gets many compliments on his groom when I take him for his daily walk and people will often stop and ask what groomer I use. Highly recommended.....especially with anxious and timid dogs.

Carissa does a great job grooming our cavalier. We are impressed as well by how patient and caring she is.We have recommended her to other dog owners who comment on how lovely our Zoe looks after grooming.

I'm so pleased I found Carissa to groom Muffin after an experience I had with another groomer. It's great Muffin doesn't have to be there longer than needed, usually not much over the hour from drop off and she is ready to be picked up and looking so beautiful.

Carissa does a great job with our Molly, who can be very skittish. She has a fantastic, professional setup and you can tell she isnt 'just a groomer'. Will continue to take Molly to Pawz & Relax.

I have bern using Carissa for years, and Carissa has groomed both my old dog, and our new dog. Both loved her. She is the only groomer I trust. She is amazing with pets - her love of grooming shines through, even when our dog was being really grumpy.

Carissa has taken care of my Cavaliers, Persians and foster rescue dogs for many years after she kindly took on a badly matted rescue dog removed from a pound during a holiday weekend where all groomers were closed.Her facilities are brilliant, she treats our animals as though they are her own and she is excellent in what she does. Unlike many “groomers” out there, Carissa has done the required courses and is fully qualified and it shows in the end results.She listens to her clients requirements and has helped me deal with my older girl’s allergies. Also being a qualified vet nurse means that my dogs with heart murmurs are in the safest environment possible as she understands the special requirements and care needed.I have recommended Carissa to friends and they also are now loyal clients.

I have been using Pawz and Relax since March 2018 & I am so thrilled to have found Carissa. Prior to her, my boys were always clipped with practicality in mind without attention to detail and style. Since moving over to Pawz and Relax, my pups have never looked better. They always look so immaculate, feel so soft and smell so beautiful after a pamper with her. And importantly, they still look like themselves (this specifically applies to my fluffy shitzu x, who in the past would look almost naked & unrecognisable!) We had our puppy, a minature schnauzer, clipped by Carissa today. What a great job. He looks fantastic. So many compliments. Definitely recommend Pawz& Relax for any Schnauzer owners.
