Very welcoming staff, when i asked for assistance they were only too happy to help, even thouth they had so much going on. Spoke to them over the phone about a welding mask with adflo. They were clear about the condition and the price was reflective of that. Went in the store to collect and they had it ready for me to look at. These guys are great, definitely give them a go!

Went to go buy a 200 AC dc tig, staff where great! Offered to show me an example weld and demo the unit. Even was honest about how much thickness it can weld. The staff even brought the gas to my car. Phillip was excellent sales staff. I would recommend to go here even as a beginner looking for help.

called in for some arc welding rods 1.6mm which they would have to order in, but suggested I try Bunnings around the corner if in a hurry. They suggested I use a MIG welder for the work I was doing. Kitted me in safety gear & got me to weld using the latest model on special. Gave me great instructions & very good with training all facits of a MIG. Ideal for what I need.Great fact finding help. I now need to save & buy one! Also suggested how to save on their gas bottle deals.

Disappointing after sales support: Purchased a welder for home use. After about 6 months with no issues I called with my problem and was told to email photos. After 2 weeks of hearing nothing from them I called back to hear that my problem was known by them, however I needed to call an electrician at myOwn cost to fix it.I found this very strange as the product would have only 1 hour of use and is still under warranty.I was again told they would be in contact later that week but after 3 weeks have still heard nothing.

If you need dry ice, they have some. Much colder and dryer than wet ice. Also welders and grinders!

BOC I have found through real experience to be professional and extremely helpful. I was having great difficulties welding a particular job. The salesman who happens to have had 25 years experience as a welder took me into his workshop, set up a test job and demonstrated a set of options. I walked out of the store with an armload of electrodes and set to work. I produced the best welds on that job and was so grateful. I called today with another query and after some discussion we worked out an excellent solution. I only wish that this sort of service was more widely available.
