Ordered a couple of subs online for pickup, got there a bit early and my order was halfway done already. Subs were decent, a bit messy with sauce and ingredients spilling here and there, but I brought the subs home to eat so it's not like anyone was looking at me getting food everywhere!

The staff members have been let down by the company. There are never enough staff to cover, it's usually busy when we go and only 1 or 2 staff members making subs.Last week they were short on both meats and salads, as it seems the company was not adequately prepared for the demand of the New Year period.Worst of all, since my selection was unavailable, I had to change my choice of meat and ended up with absolutely horrific food poisoning (which was most definitely this source, based on timing and intake) on New Year's morning.2 stars because the staff member really tried hard to provide the best service with their limited resources and otherwise made a good (albeit toxic) Subway.

Won't be going here again. Multiple subs were wrong even with some corrections. Only one visible staff member despite it being during lunch time. Wasn't overly busy but there's probably a good reason for that. Even had to remind the person who made our subs what we ordered.

This place doesn't know it's prices. The same thing ordered at different days is charged differently. I have been charged for a veg delight with avo from $5 to $7.75, depending on the cashier, with no explanation of the difference. Not coming here again.

Rude Staff, Pathetic Customer Service with no interest in serving customers whatsoever!!I have ordered 6 Chocolate Cookies last night (7/09/2022) at Eight-mile Plains Subway along with 6 Inch Sub and when I opened the pack at home only 2 of them were chocolate and rest all of them were Macadamia Cookies. Both of my boys were very disappointed when they opened the pack as they don't eat Macadamia Cookies. Cookies that were packed were crumbled too. Lady working last night was friendly.Went to the store this morning (7/08/2022- 8 .30am) to get them replaced, one of the duty staff asked me hundreds of questions rather than apologising for the order mix-up last night. She made me feel like I have stolen cookies last night and now I brought them back to get them replaced. Extremely rude and have no interest in serving.Female staff who’s on the morning shift today (7/09/2022) need to get walkthrough on Customer Service.Extremely disappointed with the Customer Service and attitude some of the staff carrying while working.

Big props to the young kid for making decent subs at his age. Also showing good customer service, much better than from some adults I have been served by. Only shame is this shop always seems to run out of stock of things, even when I went there once in the morning.

Second time we have visited this store in the last month, the first time there was 2 people in the line in front of us ordering one sub each after 20 mins of waiting and still not being served we went next door for a kebab….we thought we’d give it another go tonight and it was woeful the poor young girl being “trained” did her best, there was 5 staff there and nobody wanted to serve….one young guy was too busy playing with his shoulder length hair, the guy training the young girl was patient but he half served us, served someone else, then came back to our order….made garlic bread on wheat bread without asking, and didn’t watch the young girl when she added way too much pepper to our subs…we’ll never go back
