Sun City Air Conditioning

I cannot recommend Sun City highly enough. I have used them now on two occasions to replace residential air conditioners. They are well priced, office staff are easy to work with, and installers are knowledgeable and courteous. I am planning for them to also do a new install in the new year. Highly recommend!

Scotty came out to my house to fix our aircon, he went above and beyond to make sure it was working before he left. Hands down the best guy that we have had towards the aircon! Would definitely recommend using sun city again!

We had the misfortune of our split system breaking down on a Sunday in the middle of a heatwave. A phone call to Sun City advising details of the system and fault indicators lead to a replacement recommendation ,due to the unit being 10 years old. Monday afternoon we were advised a crew would install a new unit next day. 12.30 Tuesday they arrived, got straight to work, and we were cool again by 3.00. They removed all rubbish, packaging etc including sweeping the leaves off the carport roof on which the external unit sits. I could not fault their total professionalism and courtesy. Thoroughly recommend Sun City.

Super happy with Sun City Air Conditioning. They consistently showed great professionalism with quick response with our quote and all follow up enquires. Against all odds during December peak period they successfully supplied and installed our ducted system days out from Christmas. The instal team were wonderfully professional showing pride in their work whilst keeping worksite clean with minimal disruption. Thanks to Lauren, Greg, Paul and his wonderful instal team.

Sun City Air have serviced and replaced a number of aircons in our home. They are an honest and ethical company - trying to fix faults the cheapest way possible for me as a client. They even advised me when I didn't need a replacement aircon - despite the fact they had ordered my aircon and turned up to the job already (turned out to be a vine wrapped around the outside fan and after a quick bit of gardening" for me

As others have said this company is fast, turn up on time and have great technicians who do the quotes. My issue is what the technician who came to do the quote recommended was not done by the installers. My two systems went under in the flood so I had them check they worked and service them, I also asked for a quote to lift them off the ground. The technician told me that they do not recommend wall mounting big units as they vibrate so a stand could be made for the large one and a wall bracket was fine for the smaller unit. I agreed to that plan. I got the quote and went ahead with the job only to find they had mounted both units on the wall. The technician was right, the large unit is so loud and makes my windows rattle. When I rang them they said that their quote was to wall hang both and it must have been a miscommunication, they then sent me another quote to put the large unit on a bracket on the ground (as was initially expected), the quote to fix their work was equal to what I had already paid to have them lifted. So now I'm stuck with an air con I cant really use. They don't seem to care I was unhappy with their work.

Professional service with a positive attitude. The technician was knowledgeable and very pleasant - explained everything to us clearly . Our apartment was left in a tidy and clean state and our air cons are running optimally. Highly recommend.
